Our photos from the annual Low-Rider cruise in the Mission District to honor the late Selena.
This year was a little different with SFMTA being hyper-aggressive and towing vehicles (non-low-rider vehicles) at dizzying pace. Last year saw hardly any SFMTA personnel requiring SFPD officers having to escort Muni busses down Mission through all the traffic. This year was different with Muni rerouting its busses around 24th and Mission. However, you can see that quite a few Muni passengers didn’t notice the warning signs posted at the various stops along Mission Street. Meaning they were waiting for busses that would never come.
Either way, always a cool family friendly event.
